Everything you Should Know about Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne – Review!
October 7, 2019
Hotel Cheyenne in Disneyland Paris is a
massive complex around a 20 minute walk from the parks and a 15-minute walk from
Disney village it is classed as a two star resort so don’t expect any more but
it’s really well themed and price wise is on the budget end for Disney hotels. It is only a fraction more expensive than Santa Fe but I would argue is well
worth it given the surroundings and feel of the grounds. Wi-Fi is only available
in the main lobby There is renovation going on for 2016
but this never affected our stay in any sense. Just a couple of fences and we
never heard any noise from construction If you are looking for a comfortable
place to enjoy breakfast before setting off to the parks this is not the place
for you. We stayed during a quiet time in early May so these pictures are as empty
as they get. I’ve heard stories of jostling for tables during peak hours so
as long as you manage expectations you should be fine. It is basic continental
breakfast and carried on the general trend we found at Disneyland Paris which
is that the coffee here is average at best. Personally spending quality time at
the hotel is near at the bottom of the list when I’m a stone’s throw away from
Space Mountain so this didn’t really affect our stay. As mentioned it is a
20-minute walk to the parks but it’s a really nice 20 minutes probably the most
peaceful 20 minutes you’ll get from your day. There is also a bus that leaves
every 10 minutes and it’s about a 4 minute journey. On the way home we always walked back assuming the massive exodus that happens after the fireworks would
make for an unpleasant journey but please comment below on your experiences. The rooms aren’t anything special but for a two-star we didn’t expect any more.
For a 30 Euro deposit each you can get a kettle and a hairdryer for your room as
they aren’t included as standard. It’s around 8 Euros for tea coffee biscuits
milk and cups but again the milk and coffee leave a lot to be desired. There’s
no fridge for storing your own milk so Starbucks in Disney Village is probably
your best bet in the morning if you’re looking for a nice wake up. Again sleep
was mostly all this room was used for. The shower was strong the beds and
pillows; comfortable enough. The renovations going on should give it a
bit of a sprucing up that it needs but it’s serving its purpose absolutely fine.
Overall Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne is a great budget option. It is well themed
and comes with the Disney hotel benefits of getting into the parks early as well
as being able to leave your luggage upon arrival and departure when you travel by
Eurostar. If you are looking for somewhere to simply sleep and have a
quick breakfast you can’t go wrong with Hotel Cheyenne. Be sure to check out my
